趣旨

このスペース『ザ、ドアー』は若きクリエーター達、ミュージシャン、DJ、ファッションデザイナー、スタイリスト、モデル、メークアップアーティスト、ファッション雑誌編集者等を一同に集める事に因って各クリエーターが互いに刺激し影響し合い、競い合い、協力し合って自己の創造性を高め、彼らが新たな世界を創造し旅立つ事に資する場となる事を目指すものである。謂わば『ザ、ドアー』は　若きクリエーターの為のインキュベターであり且つコロシアムで在らんとする。運営企業は各業界の新しいクリエーターを発見し、育て、プロモートすることを目指す。従って『ザ、ドアー』から若きクリエーターがプロの世界に巣立って行く事を後押しする為に異業種の参入による各分野の協調が望まれる。また『ザ、ドアー』はインターネットライブによって常に各界に新しいトレンド情報を発信し、流行を創出し流布する基地として、且つ新しいトレンドのアンテナショップとしての役割をも担おうとするものである。

事業形態

異業種コラボラーションのシナジー効果を現出する事業形態を旨とする。例えば音楽プロダクション、アパレル企業、服飾デザイン学校、ポータルサイトの運営会社TV局等の参画を企図する。プロダクションは新人の発掘、育成、自社の新人の育成及び広報、アパレル企業は新人デザイナーの発掘，トレンドの創造と探求、自社ブランドの広報、デザイン学校は自校生徒デザイナーの常設実験場として、ポータルサイト運営企業は会員に『ザ、ドアー』のライブをネットで放映し、ネットでの人気投票を開催する事によりアクセス数が増加しそれによってネット広告料の増加が見込まれる。更にダイジェスト版をＴＶやワンセグで放映し、ネットとＴＶの融合が図れる。また試演者のＣＤやデザイングッズをネットオークションする事によってコミッションが見込める。『ザ、ドアー』のスペースが広ければ諸々の業種にレンタルブースをレンタル出来、更なるシナジー効果が望めよう。

『ザ、ドアー』は騒音対策、駐車スペース当を勘案すれば倉庫跡地等が最適で天井高６M以上、面積３３０�u以上が望ましい。

営業形態

各クリエーターは昼間オーディションを有料で受け、合格者は夕刻からのステー

ジに無料でパーフォーマンスを演じる。

Objective

This space is aimed to boost young creators such as Musicians, DJs, Fashion Designers models, Stylists, Make-up Artists, and Fashion editors.

These creators assemble from all corners of categories and collaborate with or influence each other for their new creations or performances.

Our objective is to create imaginative and inspiring synergy effects. This space would act as an incubator and a COLOSSEUM for young creators.

Our hope is that this project will serve as a Fashion, Music & Arts Data-base of dispatch by Internet live and administration. (Companies from entertainment industry, fashion industry will have the opportunity to sponsor or recruit new artists.)

Business formation, objectives:

Production, Design School, Apparel company, Portal Site company.
The production and The design school would recruit new artists or students (fashion designers and models, make-up artists, stylists, musicians) and the artists or students will go through an initial screening. The artists or students in the preliminary stage will then be given a chance to practice and perform at the production stage. Apparel companies and other companies in the entertainment industry will promote their brands and recruit new designers, and artists. Portal Site companies will collect members and advertisers through internet pole for dispatch or entertainers. The participating companies will also publish and sell their products through internet auctions.

Administrative Fees

The competitors (contestants) audition during the daytime on the stage.

There will be charges for rental booths for companies to promote, sponsor or  recruit new artists. 

Sales and commissions, and sales on refreshments.
