Open Kitchen in Cafe Miro

I guess the reason for having an open kitchen is that the chef may want to show the cleanliness of his kitchen;

you could see the clean and professional uniforms and how organized everything is.

Also, he may always want his customers to experience the direct ambiance of the restaurant as a whole

TThe restaurant was recently renovated to expand

The atmosphere has accents; it's really interesting
