Shinkaiseki Hoshinonaruki 新懐石料理、『星のなる木』

The restaurant was located Aoyama

The quality of the restaurant doesn't live up to it's reputation.

The chef learned how to make the food by just following the recipe.

The fish smelled too fishy. The chicken and the meat were pungent with their own distinctive smells.

 He didn't seem to care about the final taste before serving the dishes.

He did not take into consideration the serving temperature of such dishes

as Yubiki tako, aburitoro, Katsuono Tataki, and others.

These were all served lukewarm, therefore they smelled horrible.

It was extremely apparent that the chef was not a professional.

The waitress' service however was great.

A restaurant has to serve delicious food as it is its main merchandise.

If we bought a TV, for example, and the screen turned out to be unclear,

 we would expect a refund or an undamaged product. 

We should be able to expect the same from a restaurant.
