"TARTUFO BIANCO"
They have a seasonal special "TATUFO BIANCO & Beaujolais nouveau".
The service is wonderful. The servers were very courteous and the food was delicious.
We were steeped in a blissful pleasure when the server sliced the White truffle on warm dishes right before us.
The mellow truffle flavor surrounded our table. Also the Beaujolais nouveau was amazing.
It is made of organic, pesticide-free, grapes. Even the wine was fresh. It was not full-body but very deep and flavorful.
The day's main dish was roast deer. I have tasted deer meat many times but I have never quite enjoyed it.
Deer meat has no fat and tastes mainly of blood having the smell of iron.
However, the roast deer was very delicious. According to the waiter, the chef cooked the deer meat with the flavor of deer bones.
The dish was juicy, flavorful, and exceeded my expectation. I would strongly recommend this dish to anyone.
