Accelerator Treatment

I have already taken the radiation treatment 27 times since I started the radiotherapy. However, my cancer still remains as half of its original size. I wonder if it is possible to eliminate the rest by residual irradiations... If this doesn't work, I need to have a surgery to extirpate the vocal cords. The very idea of losing my voice is horrifying.

At last, it came suddenly today 30 times irrasiation. I felt a pain on the surface of my Adam's apple this morning. When I was washing my face, I found the skin of the Adam's apple peeling. It may get more serious daily or it may not.
A famous Japanese musician, Hiromitsu Suzuki died yesterday. He had liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma). He was diagnosed with terminal liver cancer around the end of last year and was notified that he had 3 months to live. He made a decision to refuse any treatments and spent his remaining days with his family. He continued to take alleviations. I believe that he made the best decision. It is very important in life how we live and how we die.
