Do people need to wear nice clothes in public?
Nowadays, sometimes people are required to wear nice clothes at parties in the cities according to the dress codes.Even on business, people have to wear nice clothes to get customers' reliance.
However, if the people didn't wear nice clothes at parties or for business, would they feel embarrassed? The clothes have been a form of armor since human beings started to wear clothes for first time.
Clothes protect human from cold temperature and injury. Then, people made clothes to show different status in hierarchy. After that, people wanted to show their dignity by wearing different kinds of clothes. So fashion was born due to society's needs. Would you think Vanity and Dignity are different or the same?
Why are a general's clothes and hat adorned with gold braid in the military? He wants to show more of his power? His clothes show his position to the soldiers. Soldiers are strictly classified by clothes and braids. Is this showing people dignity or vanity?
People have to live within their means. If people wear clothes beyond their means, their ways of life, it is vanity. However, if people wore beautiful clothes, they would enjoy their fashion themselves and also their fashions would delight others eyes. Even so, the most important thing in fashion is always making onefs clothes clean. Fashion should not give others an unpleasant experience.
Nowadays, many people don't care about dignity. People wear tattoo and people show their bellies for sex appeals. These fashions are usually special type of people's fashion. In my opinion, sex appeal fashions always need additional elegance. Recently, different kinds of vanity have been growing. Is this good for human-kind or not?
